    Please make sure to contact us before making a payment to confirm product availability. Only after confirmation will you be able to choose a convenient payment method.
    At SleepLab, we offer several payment options so every customer can choose the most suitable one.
    1. Online or card payment
    Payment can be made using a bank card via a mobile online banking application.
    After the payment is confirmed, an online store manager will contact you to arrange delivery details.
    2. Payment upon delivery
    You can pay for your order upon receipt by card or in cash.
    Please note: an additional fee may apply for on-site payment due to processing arrangements.
    An online store manager will coordinate the delivery time and conditions after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Terms

    Delivery is available within Batumi.

    The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and depends on the product parameters (weight, dimensions) and the delivery location.
    Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
    Furniture is delivered in packaging for assembly.
    Order Placement:
    Select the desired items in our online store and contact a manager to place your order.
    Order Confirmation:
    Please wait for confirmation of product availability from our manager. Confirmation will be sent to your email or provided by phone.
    Delivery Cost Calculation:
    After confirming availability, we will calculate the delivery cost and inform you of the total amount.
    Before making a payment, please confirm product availability, delivery time, and assembly details with our manager.
